PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
Tour of Italy Wine Tasting Dinner. Come enjoy a 6-course meal designed around the flavors of Italy. Each course will be paired with a different Italian wine. Hosted by Leonardo Locascio selections.


First Course - Insalata de Caprese
Marinated oven-cured tomatoes, burrata cheese, fresh basil,
aged balsamic, extra virgin olive oil

Second Course - Crostini Toscana

Marinated grilled baby artichokes, sliced prosciutto, crumbled goat cheese, fig preserves


Third Course - Risotto di Funghi

Forged chanterelle mushrooms, aged pecorino Romano cheese, shaved black winter truffle


Fourth Course - Cannelloni Formaggio

Egg pasta, spinach and housemade ricotta cheese filling, pomodoro sauce, basil oil


Fifth Course - Sicilian Ribeye

Choice ribeye stuffed with roasted garlic, arugula, and parmesan cheese served over herbed fingerling potatoes


Sixth Course - Gelato Trio

Limoncello, pistachio, & fig gelato, lattice tuile, meringue buttons, ricotta crème
